getSparkHandler

public static CalcitePrepare.SparkHandler getSparkHandler(boolean enable)

Returns a spark handler. Returns a trivial handler, for which CalcitePrepare.SparkHandler.enabled() returns false, if enable is false or if Spark is not on the class path. Never returns null.
